Accurate Automotive Attention

When I first started having car trouble after moving to Yuma, I received two separate recommendations for Accurate Automotive, one from a stranger on Nextdoor and another from my friend and neighbor. I definitely understand why they came so highly recommended! Service Advisor Joe Lopez is absolutely wonderful. Not only is he attentive to his customers' needs, but he goes out of his way to follow up after repairs to make sure my car is running properly and that everything is working as it should. In the past, I have been somewhat distrustful of automotive repair shops after being told I needed repairs that later proved to be unnecessary. That has not been my experience here. I have complete trust and confidence in Accurate Automotive and genuinely feel that they are honest about what my vehicle does, and does not, need. Everyone I have come into contact with there has been friendly, professional, and helpful. I 100% recommend Accurate Automotive, and I am very grateful to have found a shop I can trust!

Honest, Professional, Helpful, Friendly, Fast and clean work. Even though i had a lit of issues with my car, they did not try to pressure me to have it fixed at that time. Joe was super nice, and the lady who took my payment was extremely kind and sweet. I would recommend this shop to everyone. Thank you for taking care of my car!! You guys are awesome!!

New to area, I was in search of a service for my 2019 Mercedes C300 that needed an oil change . Being that the closest Dealership was nearly 200 miles away, Google search found this Gem, 💎 Accurate Automotive Yuma. Excellent service. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I’m relieved I found something local!

I want to be clear that my issue is not with the technicians or even necessarily with the inspection itself. The inspection provided photos and information that I can use when seeking additional opinions. My issue is with the customer service I received from the service advisor. I asked several reasonable questions about my vehicle, including brake measurements, transmission fluid condition, coolant condition, and the rationale behind certain repair recommendations. Rather than receiving clear explanations, I often felt dismissed and was given short, unhelpful responses. As a customer considering several thousand dollars in repairs, I need to feel comfortable asking questions and discussing my options. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Because of that interaction alone, I chose not to authorize any repairs and will be taking my vehicle elsewhere for a second opinion and any future work. I suspect the company may be losing significant repair business because customers who are prepared to spend money on their vehicles are instead leaving without authorizing work due to poor communication and customer service. Good customer service builds trust. Trust is what turns a

Service good. Costs are not broke down, when they tell you, over the phone, all the other things that you need done. My price when I took it in, $525, when they informed me that I needed to do this and that, and even though I cancelled some of the service I wanted it ended up over $1800. I'm just astounded about these excessive money generating business models.
